Sales Manager – Retirement Living

This is a Full-Time position, Monday to Friday role, based at ANZAC Village Narrabeen

About the Role

• Maintain and maximise occupancy levels; monitor all enquiries and sales, ensuring targets are delivered and customer experience is upheld
• Facilitate a professional and enjoyable experience for new residents, focusing on their individual needs and providing a seamless transition into the village
• Demonstrated financial/data acumen (pricing of units, resettlements)
• Strong attention to detail, maintain accurate record keeping and data management (CRM data base software, Excel reporting)
• Maintain strong supportive relationship with the Village Management team and wider RSL LifeCare business units.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the Sales team, while also demonstrating the ability to work autonomously as required

About You

• Strong sales and communication skills; demonstrated experience in relationship management or sales role
• A warm and compassionate individual with a strong person centred/customer centred focus
• Experience in Retirement Living Sales and Knowledge of the Retirement Villages Act (favourable)
• Proven ability to think outside the box when identifying when engaging everyday tasks
• Strong levels of empathy, understanding and patience for our Veterans and Retirees
• Present in a positive and professional manner at all times
• Up to date vaccinations; covid and flu
