About the role:
We are seeking a Billing & Funding Officer to join our Finance - Home Care team on a Full-Time Permanent Basis.
As a Billing & Funding Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate billing of government agencies and clients for our Home Care programs. You will be responsible for reconciling client accounts and managing unspent funds.
Key Responsibilities:- Process client claims and reconciliations accurately and promptly.
- Produce invoices and Home Care statements in accordance with due dates.
- Issue exit statements as needed and prepare government forms as required.
- Review and follow up on exception reports related to client master data, including budgets and statuses.
- Investigate and resolve any rejected funding requests.
- Update RSL LifeCare systems (Alayacare, Fincare) with funding information from government sources.
- Conduct funding reconciliations and reclaim any lost funding from government agencies.
About You:
- Background in finance; currently pursuing CPA.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think independently.
- Clear and effective communicator.
- Eager to learn and develop professionally.
- Proficient in Excel.

About the role:
Join us as our new Regional Quality Advisor, role supporting our Sydney Region. This position is responsible for supporting the establishment and maintenance of quality and clinical governance systems and processes across all business functions to ensure a high standard of quality, care and safety.
Some of the key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:- Develop and lead a high performing quality focused culture
- Lead the implementation and maintaining of RSLLC Clinical Governance Framework Quality Framework.
- Drive the effective engagement and use of local teams with the RSL LifeCare Quality Management Systems
- Monitor compliance with quality assurance activities, including audit schedules, and address any issues identified
- Assist in preparing responses to external bodies, such as the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, within designated time frames.
- Engage with and support National Clinical Governance focus areas, review best practice initiatives, and recommend strategies to improve care standards and effectiveness.
About You:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as in nursing, or other health profession, quality management or related discipline
Minimum of 3 years' Quality Management experience within the health or aged care sector
Able to travel interstate
Ability to build and maintain effective key stakeholder relationships with both internal and external groups
High level interpersonal and influencing skills, including the ability to foster effective working relationships with line managers and gain cooperation in the development and implementation of processes and/or projects.
Proven ability in quality management and regulatory compliance using a team building approach through mentoring, support and staff development
A sound understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and guidelines
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

We are looking for a Manager for our new North Coast Veteran and Family Hub. This is a critical leadership role and will be responsible for the overall leadership and service delivery of the Veteran and Family Hub.
As a key member within our Senior Management team, you will focus on both strategic and operational elements and ensure that the Hub provides the highest quality customer-centred care for veterans and their families.

- Minimum 3 years of consumer or service delivery experience in a management capacity
- Strong understanding of the Veteran, Family and ESO sector
- Ability to communicate, influence and drive programs
- Able to make decisions which balance commercial outcomes with customer experience, applying consideration to mitigate areas of risk

About the role:

- General gardening/grounds maintenance knowledge to include mowing, hedging, trimming, irrigation and bin maintenance.
- Current Manual Driver's License
- Ability to work within a small team or autonomously
- Empathy with seniors and excellent communication skills
- Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
- Demonstrated knowledge of WHS practices
- General Computer skills
