Regional Administration Assistant
RSL LifeCare are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to provide a high standard of administrative support and assistance to the regional management team, based in Newcastle.
The role will require the incumbent to have a keen eye for detail, the ability to foster key working relationships within the business, demonstrate a high level of initiative with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
– The role will be based in our Newcastle office
– Part time role, 20 hours per week
– 3 days per week: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays (with some flexibility on days for the right applicant)
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Diary & meeting coordination
- Database management
- Expense reconciliation
- Process of rosters and timesheets
- Coordinate and service meetings with internal and external stakeholders, minute taking
- Administer travel and accommodation arrangements for Regional Manager
- Assist with projects as and when they arise
- Any other administrative duties as directed
To be successful in this role, the ideal applicant will demonstrate compassion, tolerance, patience and empathy for aged people, have an understanding of Veterans’ experiences and needs and will demonstrate the following skills and experiences:
- Relevant administrative qualifications or other industry relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated experience applicable to the role
- Advanced computer literacy in all aspects of Microsoft Office with particularly strong competency in Work, Excel & PowerPoint,
- Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to multitask
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to successfully manage competing priorities, work under pressure, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines
- Capacity to be self-motivated and work independently, seeking guidance when and where necessary, but also able to work collaboratively in team environment
- Up to date vaccinations; covid and flu
