As a Community Support Worker, you'll help people stay safe and comfortable at home by:- Helping with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)
- Providing respite care (giving our clients Carers a break)
- Helping clients stay active and connected in their community
- Following care plans to meet each person's needs
- Working as a team to provide the best support possible
To succeed in this role, our expectations are that you will:- Certificate in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or Community Services - at this moment in time, we're sorry but we can't consider you if you don't have one of these qualifications
- Have a caring nature - be genuinely passionate about helping people
- Have excellent communication skills - you'll be to chat, engage and interact with clients and your colleagues

About the role:

- Maintain stock levels, including replenishment and stock rotation (FIFO)
- Assist with inventory control and minimise wastage
- Accurately process transactions using the POS system

- Prepare and serve food and beverages in line with café standards
- Ensure quality presentation, portion control, and timely service
- Operate coffee machines and café equipment (training provided)
- Assist customers with menu selections and promote café offerings
- Address customer feedback professionally and escalate where required
- Previous experience in a café, hospitality, or customer service role.
- Barista skills or willingness to be trained.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities & Contract Manager to ensure our Narrabeen retirement village operates safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role is essential in maintaining an environment where residents feel confident, comfortable, and supported.
In this role you will:- Oversee the full lifecycle of facilities operations across the village.
- Ensure buildings, grounds, and communal areas are well maintained, compliant, and aligned with the Asset Management Plan.
- Partner closely with the Regional Manager, Village Managers, Property, Finance, and contractors to deliver safe, sustainable, and cost‑effective services.
Our expectations are that you have:
- Strong experience in facilities management, contract management, or asset operations-ideally in a multi‑site or community‑based environment.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in site or facility management, with a demonstrated ability to implement change and lead a high‑performing team.
- Experience managing maintenance schedules, compliance requirements, and operational budgets.

As the Nursing Manager, Community Nursing Services, you will lead and manage the provision of appropriate clinical care to our clients living at home. You will provide direction, support and guidance to our team of Registered Nurses in the field, ensuring they are delivering a person-centred approach, recognising each of their clients' unique preferences and clinical needs.
Some aspects of your new role will see you:
- Working with Education team colleagues to develop, implement and monitor consistent, best practice policies and procedures across all teams and locations
- Supporting Clinical and Care team members work to embed quality care and clinical governance systems and processes, aligned to RSL Lifecare's clinical framework
- Supporting teams to actively manage care and clinical governance systems in order to meet and maintain accreditation requirements
- Work with the Area Managers, Regional Manager and care teams to identify, mitigate and resolve actual or potential risk and ensure lessons learned are shared
- Role-model a culture and approach where clients are the focal point in decision making and the design of care delivery models
- Participate in and contribute to incident management and investigations as required
- Participate in an on-call roster for clinical escalation for evenings and weekends as required
- Demonstrate leadership through effective interaction with nursing and care teams, including travel to sites within your designated region

- Your experience in menu planning and catering to modified diets
- Your ability to work efficiently and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Current knowledge of Food Handling Legislative including HACCP requirements
- Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery as well as Food Safety Certification
