    About the role:

    We are seeking a proactive Risk Analyst to provide essential administrative support within Risk and Compliance Management and Health & Safety. You will play a key role in fostering a positive culture of safety, risk, and compliance at RSL LifeCare by coordinating activities across these areas.

    This role supports the Governance, Risk, and Compliance business unit by maintaining risk and safety systems, assisting with quality assurance, and managing workers' compensation activities.

    You will:

    • Engage with internal Business Units to compile risk data, track audit actions, and notify stakeholders of new or upcoming Compliance Obligations.
    • Administer the RiskMan Risk module, manage user access, assign tasks, and coordinate quarterly Risk Discussion meetings.
    • Support the RSLLC Insurance claims process, cover renewals, and maintain the crisis management key contact list.
    • Handle data entry, filing, wage reimbursements, invoice coding, and injury notifications to insurers via Solv Injury.
    • Record WHS-related meeting minutes, follow up on actions, and update health and safety content on the intranet.
    • Assist with Quality Assurance (QA) activities, including tracking and following up on QA actions and minor policy document updates.

    Who are you:

    • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Finance, Law, Science, or a related discipline.
    • Experience in risk management, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance.
    • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Lifestyle and Wellbeing Coordinator to join one of our facilities in Dungog- Lara Aged Care, 64-bed residential care home.
In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for engaging with our residents in a range of meaningful lifestyle and social activities to empower them to maintain their independence.
The Role:

  • Create a holistic lifestyle program that applies the values of person-centered care
  • Tailor activities to meet the resident's cognitive and physical abilities and encourage resident choice and participation in individual and group activities.
  • Ensure residents receive appropriate assessments including their life history that will form part of their integrated care plan
  • Ensure programs are developed to enrich the lives of individuals and their families through leisure, lifestyle, learning & spiritual activities
  • Coordinating outings that allow residents to stay in communication and have meaningful relationships within their chosen community in a safe and healthy way

Requirements:

  • Cert IV in Leisure and Health and/ or relevant tertiary degree - essential
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of workplace health and safety
  • Ability to assess residents' psychological, social, and emotional needs to identify any barriers to participation in lifestyle activities
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and their families/representatives
  • Demonstrated understanding of Aged Care and associated accreditation requirements.
