About the role:
We are looking for a Wellbeing Assistant to work at RSL Lifecare, Tomas Eccles Gardens our 81 bed Residential Aged Care home to assist with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of activities and lifestyle programs.- A fantastic outlook on life with a fun personality!
- Experience working in Lifestyle/Recreational Activities teams in Aged care/Disability/Community services desirable
- Cert IV in Leisure and Health or working towards one
- A sound understanding of aged care and the principles guiding this sector

RSL LifeCare is seeking an experienced or emerging Facility Manager to lead our 79-bed residential aged care home, Sir Leslie Morshead Manor in Lyneham. This opportunity has arisen following the retirement of a highly respected leader who has served the home for over 10 years.

As Facility Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of operational, clinical, and team performance:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Manage compliance, accreditation, and resident safety
- Drive financial and workforce performance aligned with Aged Care Standards
- Build a positive, engaged culture across the home
- Foster continuous improvement and service excellence.
Our expectation is that you:
- Are an experienced Facility Manager seeking a meaningful role with a not-for-profit provider, or
- Are a Registered Nurse with strong clinical leadership experience, ready to step into your first permanent Facility Manager position
- Have a minimum 5 years' clinical experience (2 years+ in leadership)
- Are AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Have a solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, funding, and accreditation
- Have a genuine passion for resident wellbeing, quality improvement, and people development

The Graduate Nurse Program:
This exciting 12-month program is the perfect launchpad for your nursing career. We're here to guide and mentor you as you make the transition from university to your new role as a Registered Nurse. The program provides you with the hands-on experience you need, along with one-on-one mentorship from seasoned professionals, ensuring you develop the skills to excel in aged care and residential health settings. We have roles available in both permanent full-time and part-time for the August 2025 intake. These roles require you to be available on a rotating roster including AM, PM, Nights and Weekends.
As a Graduate Nurse, you'll:- Deliver and oversee the provision of high-quality care to residents
- Practice within a diverse and multi-disciplinary care team
- Embody a person-centred approach, recognising and promoting the individual's unique goals and preferences
- Participate in clinical risk management and continuous quality improvement activities

- Your ability to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making
- A completed university nursing degree.
- Current registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
- Applicants must have full Australian working rights at the time of application (i.e., Australian citizen, permanent residency, NZ citizen or an unrestricted visa).
- A commitment to completing the 12-month program.

About the role:
We are seeking an individual to join our team based in our new North Coast Veteran and Family Hub (Tweed Heads) as our Engagement & Community Officer. In this role, you will be an integral member of the Hub team supporting current and former Defence personnel and their families.
This is a varied customer facing role, responsible for a range of activities including client assessment, referral and support, event management, social media, and concierge-style customer service. A true advocate for our client base, you will be genuinely invested in supporting current and former Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel and have a kind and empathetic nature.
A bit about you:
- Ability to establish and build meaningful relationships internally and externally
- Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following: Event Management, Social Media & Marketing, Community and/or Welfare Services
- Highly developed communication skills with the ability to prioritise, manage and problem solve
- Knowledge of or experience working with Australian Defence Force personnel
- Cert IV in Community Services an advantage
