As the Nursing Manager, Community Nursing Services, you will lead and manage the provision of appropriate clinical care to our clients living at home. You will provide direction, support and guidance to our team of Registered Nurses in the field, ensuring they are delivering a person-centred approach, recognising each of their clients' unique preferences and clinical needs.
Some aspects of your new role will see you:
- Working with Education team colleagues to develop, implement and monitor consistent, best practice policies and procedures across all teams and locations
- Supporting Clinical and Care team members work to embed quality care and clinical governance systems and processes, aligned to RSL Lifecare's clinical framework
- Supporting teams to actively manage care and clinical governance systems in order to meet and maintain accreditation requirements
- Work with the Area Managers, Regional Manager and care teams to identify, mitigate and resolve actual or potential risk and ensure lessons learned are shared
- Role-model a culture and approach where clients are the focal point in decision making and the design of care delivery models
- Participate in and contribute to incident management and investigations as required
- Participate in an on-call roster for clinical escalation for evenings and weekends as required
- Demonstrate leadership through effective interaction with nursing and care teams, including travel to sites within your designated region

We are seeking an experienced and results driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital acquisition activity and generate high quality leads. This hands on role will strengthen our workforce through targeted recruitment campaigns and drive sales leads across Residential Care, Retirement Living, Home Care, and support Veteran Services.
In this role you will:- Deliver digital acquisition campaigns that drive quality leads, measured against campaign targets.
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns, ensuring clean data capture, tracking implementation and clear performance insights are delivered from lead source through to full funnel outcomes.
- Ensure campaign strategy is clearly defined, including channel specific objectives, audiences and creative tactics aligned with our Values and Brand Guidelines
- Apply CRO best practice (UX, landing page, forms, messaging, nurture), using data-driven insights and a test/learn approach to maximise paid media ROI and providing tangible, relevant leads.
- Implement and maintain tracking and attribution beyond ad platform, to measure performance against recruitment and sales outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver engaging, responsive lead generation campaigns and UX.
- Produce clear performance reporting and insights that connect activity to full funnel outcomes (eg what was tested, what worked/didn't, recommendations).
About you:
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience planning, delivering and optimising high-performing acquisition results through digital paid media, ideally with lead generation or conversion focused campaigns
- Proven experience in CRO techniques, particularly landing pages and nurture sequences designed to convert ad traffic; testing methodologies, and audience behaviour tools (eg GA4).
- Confident in analytics, reporting, and conversion tracking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative problem solver with a proactive, curious mindset
- Experienced in managing campaign budgets and optimising for ROI
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Results driven with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Solid understanding of creative techniques, within compliance guidelines.

- Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (or equivalent) or Certificate III in Individual Support with demonstrated experience in the leisure and health field or relevant experience in leisure and health service delivery.
