About the role:
Join us as our new Clinical Care Manager role provides clinical leadership and is responsible for leading all aspects of the Clinical and Care practice, including delivery of high-quality care to the community and oversight of collaborative care planning in partnership with residents and their representatives. The Clinical Care Manager is accountable for the supervision of nursing and care teams, and local management of the clinical governance framework and is also a key role in the quality improvement cycle for the facility.
Reporting to the Facility Manager, the Clinical Care Manager will be responsible for:- Driving a positive internal culture amongst the team of Nurses and Care Staff
- Ensuring Clinical and Care team members work to embed quality care and clinical governance systems and processes, aligned to the LifeCare Way
- Supporting the Facility Manager to ensure Clinical and Care labour cost-management initiatives are fully adopted within the facility, and costs are aligned with income streams (e.g. AN-ACC)
- Developing care plans, including establishing optimal, quality lifestyle goals and compliance with the Aged Care Standards
- Lead engagement with key clinical stakeholders including resident families, suppliers and referring clinicians
About You:
For this appointment, we are seeking an experienced leader with a track record in developing and leading clinical services. In addition, the successful candidate will have;
- Current AHPRA registration as a registered nurse with no current conditions placed upon registration
- Minimum 5 years' postgraduate clinical experience within health care, aged care, or another relevant environment
- Experience in motivating teams, managing performance, and delivering on accountabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- It is a mandatory requirement when working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Clearance or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of this role. Clearances must be verified before commencing employment with RSL LifeCare

About the role:
Reporting to the Group Catering Manager, the Site Manager will be empowered to set the direction and lead all aspects of food and dining services at RSL Lifecare, ANZAC Village in Narrabeen for our four Residential Aged Care facilities and two Retirement Living Café operations.
You will be responsible for partnering with business stakeholders, residents and families about food choices and requirements and creating an enjoyable dining experience for residents and visitors.
You will have the opportunity to:- Oversee a high-quality food service, with high levels of food presentation, which consistently meets expectations of customers, ensuring a variety of tasty, nutritious, and wholesome food that is best in class.
- Lead day-to-day management of all food & dining operations.
- Build proactive, transparent, and constructive relationships with the Village Manager and Facility Managers.
- Oversee the food operations, including food safety, production and service, ordering, cost and quality control and management of the Central Production Kitchen team.
- Ensure adherence to the Food Safety Plan (HACCP) and NSW Food Authority requirements
- Drive a customer service culture where customers are central to decision making and service design.
- Ensure effective communication forums to develop strong internal and external stakeholder relationships

About the role:We are seeking a Veteran Family and Hub Service Navigator to join us at our Riverina Hub. You will be the first point of contact for the hub and provide exceptional service and administrative support to all veterans and their families.
You will also:- Be responsible for ensuring a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution of inquiries and requests.
- Be the primary point of contact between clients and the organisation, you will demonstrate your expertise in client service and administration by managing incoming calls, emails, and walk-in clients with professionalism and efficiency.
- Perform daily administrative tasks such as planning and coordinating events, managing the centres social media, assisting with workshops, functions, seminars and visitor meetings.
- Monitor multiple calendars, handles correspondence or enquiries, and ensures timely follow-up on behalf of the Centre Manager.
- Participate in internal and external working groups to achieve organisational objectives and outcomes for veterans and their families.

About the role:
We're seeking a Learning and Organisational Development Coordinator to join our team. This role involves providing technical and administrative support for our learning management systems (ELMO) and assisting the Learning and Development team.
You will:- Oversee the installation of all system updates, upgrades and integrations with other systems including HRIS Workday.
- Provide reporting on course enrolments and completions monthly and as needed.
- Support the L&OD team in the development of content for the LMS and learning resources in general.
- Support managers and employees with LMS troubleshooting administration.
- Manage relationships with a range of external training providers who develop e-learning content and other training experiences for our employees.
- Assist with management of the learning inbox for staff and manager learning enquiries.
- Maintain the intranet page of L&OD including adding content and keeping materials up to date.
- High computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and technical data skills, including data analysis and interpretation.
- Experience in using help centers for troubleshooting and multimedia design programs.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to build key working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines.
