Care Service Employee – Carer

RSL Lifecare are looking for Care Service Employees to join their team at Agris Hutrof House, Thirlmere and John Goodlet Manor, Thirlmere. Both are residential aged care homes which offer medical/rehabilitative and restorative care. Agris Hutrof House is home to 62 residents and John Goodlet Manor, Picton is home to 102 residents. Both homes provides specialist dementia care accommodation

As a Care Service Employee, you will be responsible for building rapport and strong relationships with our residents. You will be providing personal care and assistance to meet their individual needs for our residents.

You must have:

• A fabulous caring nature with demonstrated tolerance, patience and empathy with older people
• Experience in caring for the elderly in a residential aged care setting
• Certificate 3 in Individual support or similar
• Australian work rights
• Willingness to submit a National Crime Check application
• Flu and COVID vaccination or willingness to obtain
