Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an Administration Assistant to work at our 80 bed aged care home in North Richmond. This role is to provide efficient and accurate administration support to the Facility Manager and the broader team.
What we are looking for:
The ideal applicant will have the following skills and experiences:
- Verified experience as an Administration Officer in Aged Care or a similar industry
- Experience with rostering / scheduling
- Highly organised and ability to manage time effectively
- Managing a reception area including high volume calls
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel etc
- Excellent English written and verbal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, relatives, and all members of the team
