Administration Assistant

If you’re looking to make a difference as an Administration Assistant in a vibrant and caring community, Mona Tait Gardens would like to welcome you!

  • 3 days per week, part time role
  • You pick your 3 days per week! 8am to 4pm
  • Immediate start date available

As the Administration Assistant you will be responsible for supporting our Facility Manager, so that the team at Mona Tait Gardens needs are met on a daily basis in our 80+ bed residential Aged Care Home in ACT Kaleen.

About You

  • Complete on the job training available – fully supported in learning the in’s an out’s of Mona Tait Gardens
  • Previous Administration experience – Aged Care environment highly regarded
  • This role has a strong focus on Rostering – a calm and logical approach to fast paced work is necessary
  • Payroll and time and attendance experience necessary
  • A Can Do, Committed and Positive Attitude is a MUST!
  • Up to date vaccinations
  • Full time Australian working rights
