We here at the Riverina Veteran Wellbeing Centre are SUPER EXCITED to announce that YOGA is back! 😍

The RVWC, in conjunction with Coaching with Maddie, and PROUDLY sponsored by Navy Health, bring you Vinyasa Yoga Mondays, and Yin Yoga Fridays!

Vinyasa Yoga is often considered the most “athletic” yoga style, using coordinated movements with breathing to flow from one pose to another! 😮

Vinyasa Yoga timings are Mondays 1000am – 1100am

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced meditative yoga with seated postures that are held for longer period of time. Perfect for relaxing your body and mind after the weekly grind! 😌

Yin Yoga timings are Fridays 3pm – 4pm
