Yoga at the Nowra Veteran Wellbeing Centre
The NVWC alongside Invictus Australia, Defence Health and the Shoalhaven Defence Families Association are excited to announce YOGA at the Centre. Commencing weekly from the 9th of February free Yoga sessions open to Veterans and their families. Registration is required and spaces are limited.
