Want to clear your head, feel calm and focussed? YES! Then join us for a free rejuvenating and supportive meditation practice.
You don’t have to be an expert or even be able to sit on the floor, Katrina will work with you to ensure you get the most out of the session and teach you how to incorporate meditation into your daily routine.

Let’s come together to find peace, calm and community through meditation. Stay for a coffee or tea afterwards and Bella Reiki gives each participant a small gift.
