Does RSL LifeCare only service war veterans?

RSL LifeCare at Home is available to ALL persons living in Australia.

 

Who will provide my services?

RSL LifeCare At Home has a warm and friendly team of qualified Nurses, Allied Health Professionals and Home Care employees who are dedicated to servicing your local community.  Our clients tell us that the most common traits of our staff are that they ‘go the extra mile’, have a ‘can do’ attitude and bring energy, enthusiasm and compassion to every service they deliver.

 

What levels of care and support can RSL LifeCare at Home provide?

RSL LifeCare at Home have a highly qualified team that can meet your service needs from entry level home and community support through to complex high need clinical care. In addition to our highly skilled and competent team, over 20 percent of RSL LifeCare at Home employees are Qualified Nurses or Allied Health Professionals, providing you or your loved ones ‘peace of mind’ that if a higher level of care of support is ever needed, we can increase support to your changing needs.

 

How do I know if I am entitled to receive a government funded program?

We are here for you to help you understand all the options available to you.  We also understand that negotiating the aged care landscape and gaining access to the right kind of services can sometimes be time consuming, confusing, even overwhelming. Am I able to change from my existing provider to RSL LifeCare at Home?

Yes, you can change to RSL Lifecare at Home. If you are not satisfied with your current service provider and don’t know how to change your Home Care provider, RSL LifeCare at Home can assist you.  We will be able to guide you through your options and we can provide you with a choice of Home Care services that are right for you.
