Transitioning
Appropriate planning during transition out of service is one of the best ways to ensure wellbeing. It’s an ideal time to assess possible DVA claims and ensure you are receiving the support you need when you do leave full-time service.
We can also provide financial and housing assistance to transitioning veterans and connect you to counselling services should you require them.
If you are looking for a new career and have used all Defence Force Transition Program (DFTP) entitlements and attended the Job Search Preparation Workshop, we may also be able to assist you in finding employment post-service.
