How we help
We can review your case to see if anything was missed. Then we can work with you to provide independent advice and guidance on what to do next.
We can work with DVA on your behalf, to work out what other evidence or investigations might be needed for you to appeal the decision. There may be different options available to you.
Advocacy at the Veterans’ Review Board – appealing your rejected claim
For claims under the VEA and MRCA acts, the Veterans’ Review Board (VRB) is an independent tribunal that can review and make a new and binding determination.
Our team can advocate on your behalf, representing you at the VRB.
If your claims are successful it can allow you to re-focus on other parts of your life and help support your financial independence.
How we help with advocacy at the VRB
We can work with you to gather additional evidence to support your claims and then provide independent guidance on the process.
Through advocacy at the VRB, our aim is to achieve the best possible outcome considering your unique situation. We also aim to provide you with an increased knowledge of the process and the comfort of knowing that someone is there to help you.
Whether or not your appeals are successful, we aim to help you achieve clarity on the process and closure.
