Help appealing a rejected DVA Claim

If the Department of Veterans’ Affairs has rejected your claim and you’re dissatisfied, we may be able to help.

It’s important to know that you’re not alone and that highly trained professionals are here to help you. Many of our team are veterans themselves and understand the unique nature of service. Our team can provide independent advice, research your situation, review your paperwork, help gather additional evidence and act as your advocate at the Veterans’ Review Board.

    We can work with DVA on your behalf, to work out what other evidence or investigations might be needed for you to appeal the decision. There may be different options available to you.

    For claims under the VEA and MRCA acts, the Veterans’ Review Board (VRB) is an independent tribunal that can review and make a new and binding determination.

    Our team can advocate on your behalf, representing you at the VRB.
