Quality & Training Co Ordinators – Penrith/Austral & Picton & Richmond/Thirlmere & Galston
We have a great opportunity for 4 experienced Quality and Training Coordinators to join our teams at Penrith/Austral & Picton & Richmond/Thirlmere & Galston.
The ideal candidates for these roles will be experienced, motivated and enthusiastic people with a passion for the provision of high-quality services to Veterans and older Australians. You will have previous experience and extensive knowledge of quality management, clinical education and have ideally worked in a similar role.
The ideal applicant will have the following skills and experiences:
Current Nurse Registration with AHPRA and extensive experience in quality management.
Skills in strategic and clinical planning
Strong ability to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase compliance levels and client satisfaction
Experience conducting clinical training and education
Flexibility to travel regularly to sites across NSW/ACT
