Executive Assistant, Full Time, RSL ANZAC Village, Narrabeen

An exciting opportunity now exists for a full time, experienced Executive Assistant at our Head Office in Narrabeen. We are looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable and tech-savvy self-starter, with a passion for the provision of high quality services to Veterans and older Australians, to join our team.

The role provides high level support to the Executive General Manager Residential Care and the Residential Care team as needed.

To be successful the candidate should possess the following qualities:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an executive assistant
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, with a strong background in the use of excel and database management systems
  • Experience with report writing, agenda and minutes
  • A demonstrated understanding of document control, quality assurance and business improvement functions within an organisation
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service with experience in complaints handling (verbal and written)
  • Be professional and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Self-motivation with an ability to work unsupervised
