We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Manager and Care Manager with administrative tasks such as minute taking, organising templates and coordinating residents’ items. This Administrative role encompasses reception duties, front of hours, taking admission enquiries, supporting the manager and staff with administrative tasks. Hours are 0830 to 1630.

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Administrative Assistant reporting to the Facility Manager. John Goodlet Manor is situated in Picton NSW

 About You

The ideal candidate for this role would be an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic person with a passion for the provision of high-quality services to Veterans and/ or older Australians.

Selection Criteria

The essential selection criteria for the role includes:

  • Previous experience and exposure to this type of role will be highly advantageous and well regarded.
  • Individual must be able to commit to full time work. For consistency, there is no job share option at this time.
  • Must adhere to RSL LifeCare values
  • Experience in Microsoft Office LeeCare and all other administrative systems

Desirable selection criteria for the role includes:

  • Working knowledge of rostering and SAM systems to assist with rostering admin in times of need.
  • Previous experience and exposure to this type of role will be highly advantageous and well regarded.
